Returns & Exchanges

All Clothing can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase for domestic and 21 days for international purchases. Email customer service at hello@nightmaredaydream.com, please provide your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, you will receive a return authorization number. If items are post marked after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the item that is being returned. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached. Please ask Nightmare Daydream if you have any questions or concerns regarding the item you are about to purchase.
